Karen Stecher began her fitness instructor career at Gilford Hills over 24 years ago. She is excited to be back home with us, and is looking forward to teaching Cycle, Cross Training, Core Conditioning, and specialty Weight Loss Programs. Karen is dedicated to helping individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle, and we are thrilled to have such a motivational and exceptional instructor on our fitness team!
