What started out as a hobby turned into a passion!  Involvement in athletics since grade school, having to constantly keep up with being the only girl in a family with four brothers, enduring endless conversations about the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Celtics has resulted in almost a life time of interest in sports and fitness.

Melanie brings to Gilford Hills Club over 30 years of enthusiasm for the fitness industry!  She holds certifications in Basic Pilates, Advanced Pilates, Yoga, Advanced Yoga, CardioTennis, Group Fitness Training, CPR/AED and is  currently studying for the Personal Trainer certification thru ACE – the American Council on Exercise.

Originally from Hampton, NH Melanie has made Gilford her home for the past 27 years.  She is the proud mother of two young men and in addition to Yoga and Pilates she enjoys competitive tennis, hiking, boating, dancing, good food, great wine, and traveling.
